Machine Learning in Elixir: Add reference to huggingface spaces maybe?

@seanmor5

Per

“You can install Livebook locally, or run it in the cloud with Fly.”

Since we can run livebook on Huggingface (Livebook on Spaces) I think this is important because it’s an answer to Google Colab. Folks learning elixir + ml should know they have a path to access a GPU for livebook.
