Machine Learning in Elixir: installed Scholar ver. is 0.2.1 (B2.0 page 99)
{:scholar, “~> 0.1”} allows Scholar versions greater than 0.1 to be installed. This means that code on page 106 won’t run because Scholar.Metrics.accuracy and Scholar.Metrics.confusion_matrix functions have moved to the Classification module.
