Real-time Phoenix: Phoenix.Ecto.Sql.Sandbox location (ch 8 p 154)

This was reported to me via a different channel. p154 instructs to insert the SQL.Sandbox as the last plug.

The documentation at https://hexdocs.pm/phoenix_ecto/Phoenix.Ecto.SQL.Sandbox.html states to put this as the first plug. It won’t affect the book’s example, but is something you should follow for your applications.
