Build a Weather Station with Elixir and Nerves: missing publisher dependency step (page 60)
There is a missing step before being able to publish data to the Phoenix application: the publisher application must be added as a dependency to the sensor_hub project. The following line should be added to sensor_hub/mix.exs:
{:publisher, path: "../publisher", targets: @all_targets}
