Eric Normand. Grokking Simplicity: Taming Complex Software with Functional Thinking. The Pragmatic Bookshelf, Raleigh, NC, 2019.

Another introduction to functional programming concepts. It’s lighter and shorter than the previous book, but it doesn’t explore advanced topics.

Grokking Simplicity is published by Manning, not PragProg.
