The part I have a question about is where in the book it says “Right now we need to update our dev scripts to use tsc-watch” What are Dev Scripts does that mean procfile.dev or perhaps bin/dev I see no file called dev scripts I am confused.

The segment write after that line updates the scripts
section of the package.json
file – the developer scripts in that file. It could be clearer in the text, sorry for the confusion.
