Title: Modern Front-End Development for Rails, Second Edition: Inputs look disabled or have placeholder text
Example: Forms in app /chapter_02/01

The text in example forms looks like placeholder text and the dropdown selects look like text inputs, it’s a minor thing but it might trip the rare person up.
