Agile Web Development with Rails 7: rbenv install 3.1.2 installs bundler 2.3.7 that has an issue https://github.com/rubygems/rubygems/issues/5351

Title: Name of book: Agile Web Development with Rails 7: (21)

The rails new command will run bundler, and the error with bundler 2.3.7 will get triggered. Will be confusing for readers that are new to ruby and rails.

rbenv 3.1.2 will currently install Bundler version 2.3.22, which works just fine with Rails.
