What does your development to deployment/release workflow look like?

I was just wondering what tools people were leveraging (new or old :smiley: ), common patterns used, and/or versioning strategies for their deployment/release process. Was working on some release management stuff at my current workplace and was just curious to see different kinds of workflows and maybe learn a few things :smiley: .
