Programming Phoenix LiveView: examples for phoenix 1.7.2

I keep suggesting this book to people that want to learn Phoenix but never actually went through it myself. Today i picked the latest version of the book and went through it on a 1.7.2 scaffold. I just pushed all code to github in case it is useful to anyone.

The book is awesome, learned heaps and loved it, thanks so much for all the amazing work. Also, Phoenix is such a moving target at the moment that it must be hard to keep up. Thanks for trying to stay on top of changes :slight_smile:
