How to set up private server for world of warcraft?

hey there everyone , hope you are all great . i have been a world of warcraft player as long as i can remember and i got this idea of starting a private server for wow which all can enjoy , so i seek some help as i am not a developer myself , would like some developers help me in this project so if there is anyone who is interested please contact me , as he will be a partner to me and will share the incoming profits when we have it xd
