Does Rocket still depend on nightlies or it can be used with stable versions?

Does Rocket still depend on nightlies or it can be used with stable versions?

Some time ago I read somewhere that Rocket will work with stable versions of Rust.
The previous version’s changelog says, “Core: Removed use of unsupported cfg(debug_assertions) in Cargo.toml, allowing for builds on latest nightlies.” and the newest version (0.4.5) mentions nothing about the underlying Rust version (stable vs unstable). Which means it’s still depending on nightlies or am I missing something?
