Build a Binary Clock with Elixir and Nerves: Chapter 3 is it Blinker or Clock project (59)

Chapter 3 has us build a new project named blinker (page 59). However, starting on page 61, the text talks about ‘clock’ app as in “Generated clock app”. Page 64 has us modify lib/clock.ex but that file does not exist.
