Ash Framework: Mention ash_phoenix.gen.live

The ash_phoenix.gen.live generator should be mentioned somewhere in the book because while it is not needed in any of the example given that the live views are already there ready to insert the code, as soon as the reader tries to build their own app they will realize that phx.gen.live is not friendly at all to Ash based apps.

I generally don’t like view generators and don’t use them at all, so it didn’t even occur to me to mention them. They seem to be popular though, so I’ll definitely work something in there. Possibly in chapter 1, when we look at Tunez for the first time to start integrating the Artist resource into the liveview…
