Engineering Elixir Applications: QEMU instructions (B6.0 - page 131)

The instructions on where to place the “Set up QEMU” step doesn’t match the example.

Copy the following step so that it sits between your your .tool-versions parsing and docker/build-push-action@

In the example the code snipped is placed between docker/setup-buildx-action and docker/build-push-action.
