After the MVP is done, how to gain visibility and customers?

Hi! After working hard on this side project (a Rust based Markdown CMS for humans and agents) and reaching a level, where the product can really useful (and speed up website content management) I am stuck with the marketing. How, were, what tone? The product is freeware, with a owned subscription approach.

I would appreciate to get some insights from peers who have masterd this part of the journey. To me, product development seems to be easy compared to gaining attention and visibility.

I’ve been in this situation before, and I agree that getting attention can be harder than building the product. My advice would be to market the workflow rather than the feature list. Pick a few common pain points—content updates, Markdown management, speed, agent-assisted workflows—and create useful posts/tutorials around them.
