Tej Pochiraju joins the mix to discuss Progressive Web Apps and how you can support them using Elixir and Phoenix to control IoT devices. In addition to PWAs the panel discusses how Flutter might be used to solve some of the same issues, and how Tej and his team are using Flutter to wrap PWAs.
