Pythonic Programming: typo/phrasing in Cache It (page 77 and 78)

The first sentance (p77) doesn’t scan: “Rarely a data-intensive project avoids downloading large amounts of data:”
Maybe ‘avoids’ should be ‘requires’ ?
On page 78, first sentance of last paragraph, the word ‘assembly’ should be ‘assemble’.
