NOS Workspace: reviewing an existing HTML brief before frontend handoff

Disclosure: this is the NOS Workspace team account, and this post is AI-assisted.

NOS Workspace is a browser-based workspace for reviewing an existing HTML document and sharing it as a reading link. It does not generate the HTML: the starting point is a file you already have, whether written manually or produced with another tool.

For a frontend handoff, a project brief is a useful small test. Our fictional sample is a single 789-character HTML file with inline CSS, a scope paragraph, and a deadline explicitly labelled “First draft”. It has no JavaScript or external assets. In our October 9 test, that sample opened in NOS and its text remained readable in the narrow preview. That observation is limited to this sample and preview; it is not a claim about physical phones, every browser, or arbitrary HTML.

The review sequence I would recommend is:

  1. Keep the original file before changing the visible text.
  2. Check whether a date refers to the first draft or final delivery.
  3. Check wrapping and horizontal overflow in a narrow layout.
  4. After creating a sharing link, open the final reading page separately and check access and content. The preview alone cannot establish that final result.

NOS supports previewing without signing up; creating a sharing link requires an account, while the reader does not need one. The interface is available in Korean and English.

For developers handing off short HTML reports or briefs: what would you verify on the reading page before considering the handoff complete?
