Modern Front-End Development for Rails: B8 page 11 conflicting file paths

And update the app/javascript/packs/application.scss to this:
chapter_01/01/app/packs/entrypoints/application.scss

The first file path is for webpacker 5.x, the second file path is for the book’s version of webpacker (6.0.x)

Found this b/c I’m working through the book from scratch.
