Dear Sir or Madam,
I bought this book a couple of years ago, and just are in the process of re-reading/working through the material. Unfortunately in 2014 when I purchased the book I did not look for/print the errata published on the PragmaticProgrammers website. I tried to access the current errata list but was not able to obtain it, the link on the main topic for this book seemingly leading to nowhere.
So my question is: How can I access the errata for this book?
