Both Dave Farley (author of Continuous Delivery) and Martin Thompson are authors of The Reactive Manifesto
You don’t need to know anything about Java - the topics are quite generic and at a high level. For example: keeping solutions simple, incremental development and even comparing guitar solos to software solutions.
