Astro https://astro.build/ is flexible, it supports other UI framework like
svelte, react, JS, web components and etc.

I was wondering if there are commercial components for Svelte, like those from Telerik/DevExpress etc., for React and others.

There are commercial components for Svelte, like https://flowbite.com and Overview of Svelte UI Libraries and Components - DEV Community. Devs could also use Tailwind with Svelte, so it should support UI products like https://daisyui.com/ and https://tailwindui.com/
