ANAMNESIS: Forecasting and Self-Healing of Memory Corruption in LLM Agents

A living record of my final-year project. LLM memory is not only written wrong, it goes wrong: a fact that is true on Monday is contradicted, superseded, or poisoned by Thursday, and the next consolidation builds on the rot. Every shipping memory system checks a fact once, at write time. ANAMNESIS asks whether a memory system can forecast which of its own stored memories will corrupt, and repair them before they mislead. This page tracks what is built, what is measured, and what is still pending, and is updated as the work moves.
