Massive security issues at PayPal: German banks block billion-euro transactions - consumer advocates recommend checking your account

A failure of security systems at PayPal is currently causing concern for numerous German banks and private customers. A vast number of payments are reportedly being blocked, with merchants waiting on funds in the billions.

There is rumor that there is a data breach happened recently with PayPal.
I did not receive any instruction to reset my password officially from PayPal.
