Gleam in (an) Action - GitHub Actions in Gleam

I was bored a couple of weeks ago and needed to maintain a TypeScript GitHub action that I didn’t want to maintain. I fired up my clanker (Kiro) and started figuring out how to convert halostatue/starlist from a TypeScript action to a Gleam action compiling to JavaScript. Not only is it possible, it was mostly fun and I’ve released a partial Gleam port of @actions/core for other people to explore this space.
