Yep. Yesterday at around 4pm GMT+3, I couldn’t reach a couple of sites, and I’m in Africa, so I’m sure it was pretty crazy for users in other parts of the world.

I have to say, I really like Cloudflare. They were completely transparent about the whole situation and managed to publish a detailed postmortem less than 24 hours after the outage. Here it is:
