Thinking Elixir 241 - A LiveView Debugger and Gigalixir

News includes the release of LiveDebugger, an exciting new browser-based debugging tool for Phoenix LiveView applications and the announcement of Artifix for creating private Hex registries on S3 and CloudFront.
