Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM)
Has anyone used or is thinking about trying a CGM?
They are used to monitor your blood glucose level and many health/diet related authors have been recommending them recently.

I am thinking about trying one… only thing is I hate needles, and having one stuck in me for 2 weeks sounds awful!
