Marlou.Nedap

Senior Backend Developer, Nedap, Netherlands (Experience with Rails is a must)

Within the Dossier Tribe, we help healthcare providers capture, manage and update all relevant healthcare information around their clients. This allows them to collaborate effectively and give stakeholders access to real-time insights when they need them. This makes mandatory administrative tasks much easier and provides focus on their primary task: caring for people. We believe that by giving each client their own file, putting them at the center and organizing care around them, a more personal connection can be created, more enjoyment of work and the best possible care can be provided.

As a Medior/Senior Backend Developer within the Dossier Tribe, you will be actively thinking- and working on the development direction of the client record within our applications. You will be responsible for taking on projects from the beginning and bringing them to a successful conclusion. Here you can think of working out an architecture to testing the solution at our customers. Together with the team, you will be responsible for determining how best to take on projects.

This gives you a lot of responsibility and room for feedback. We mainly work from our green office in Groenlo, but you decide on your work location: home, office, or co-working space. In Groenlo you will enjoy good coffee and a nice lunch. There are no fixed working hours. The client file we develop stores important medical and healthcare information, connects healthcare providers, helps 500,000 people in the Netherlands and serves a social interest.
