Russia wants to ban the use of secure protocols such as TLS 1.3, DoH, DoT, ESNI
Quite scary if you ask me. And it seems China is already blocking TLS 1.3 traffic with their Great Firewall.
On the other hand it’s a compliment to the efficiency of these protocols. At least there’s that.

I’ll probably wait until I get a CentOS 8 box before adding TLS 1.3 - tho support for it is pretty limited atm with only Chrome (66+) and Firefox (60+) supporting it.
