Looking for a Partner to help lead our small Indie Studio (Rev-Share)

Hey everyone! I’m Piyu, and I run a small indie setup called Production Times.

We’re a team of 4 working on Hypercasual and Hybridcasual mobile games. Our previous lead, who handled the game ideas and kept our process moving, recently moved on. I’m looking for a Female Partner to step in, take over the studio management, and help us grow.

Why a Female Lead?

I’m specifically looking for a woman to join as a partner because I believe it’s the best move for our studio’s growth. In my experience, female leadership brings increased creativity and a different perspective that our current team needs. Plus, having someone with better communication skills to bridge the gap between ideas and execution will make our workflow much smoother and more efficient.

The Reality:

  • We’re Small: We aren’t a big company with a massive budget. We work on a Revenue Share basis. When the game earns, we all earn.

  • The Process: We work with publishers like Voodoo and Homa. Anyone can join their academies, but the real work is in testing fast, checking the data, and iterating until a game actually clicks. That’s where we need help.

  • Your Role: You’ll be my partner, not an employee. You’ll manage the ideas and the team workflow to keep us efficient.

Skills:

  • Leadership is #1: I need someone who can keep the team organized and the ideas flowing.

  • Unity/Blender? Optional: Honestly, if you have basic computer logic, I’ll personally teach you the Unity side. It took me about 2 weeks to train our last lead, and I’m happy to do the same for you.

Why work with us?

We’re just a group of friends trying to make it in the industry. It’s a lot faster (and less lonely) than grinding solo. If you’re looking for a low-stress, friendly environment where you actually have a say in what we build, we’d love to have you.

If you’re interested in building something together, drop me a mail or hit me up on Discord. Let’s keep it simple and see if we vibe!
